Our charter
Nine commitments that govern every assignment, towards the companies that entrust us with a search and the candidates we meet.
-
Only accept assignments we can carry out to a high standard
We only accept an assignment when we believe we have the skills, resources and knowledge needed to carry it out properly.
-
Define the assignment clearly before starting
Every assignment is set out in a written proposal specifying the need, the context of the recruitment, the chosen methodology and the terms of our involvement. Our assignments are carried out on an exclusive basis within France.
-
Aim for lasting success
A successful hire must serve the interests of both the company and the candidate. Our responsibility therefore does not end when the contract is signed: we follow the integration of the recruited candidate throughout their first year.
-
Guarantee confidentiality
Information entrusted to us by clients and candidates is strictly confidential. It is used only within the scope and for the needs of the assignment concerned.
-
Never ask candidates for payment
Christian Besnard Conseil is paid exclusively by its clients. No fee or financial consideration of any kind is ever asked of candidates.
-
Hold ourselves to the same transparency with company and candidate
Our relationships with clients and candidates alike are built on trust, transparency and the quality of the information we share, particularly regarding the progress of the recruitment process.
-
Never submit an application without prior consent
No CV or information that could identify a candidate is passed on to a third party without their agreement. Likewise, no references are taken from their professional circle without their prior permission.
-
Prevent conflicts of interest
We do not run two assignments for similar positions at the same time for two directly competing companies. Nor do we present the same candidate to two different companies at the same time.
-
Guarantee equal treatment
Our recruitment is carried out with respect for the individual, their privacy and the principle of non-discrimination. Only skills, experience, potential, motivation and fit with the legitimate requirements of the role are taken into account in our assessment.
