Being approached by a headhunter

Being approached does not necessarily mean you are looking for a new job. It is first and foremost an opportunity for a conversation.

A conversation before an application

You may be perfectly happy in your current role and still be willing to talk about your career, your aspirations and an opportunity that could be your next professional step. In a first conversation, our aim is therefore to understand your situation and your plans. We then present, openly, the company, the context of the recruitment, the responsibilities of the role and why your profile caught our attention. You naturally remain free, at every stage, to continue or not.

Your application belongs to you

No application is presented to a company without your prior consent. The information you share with us remains confidential, and no references are taken without your permission. When we present you to one of our clients, we also commit to keeping you informed of the progress of the process and, as far as possible, to sharing the feedback received after each stage.

Presenting you as you are

Our role is not to reshape your career so that it artificially fits a position. We seek to understand what you have achieved, the environments in which you have succeeded, how you work and manage, your motivations and the responsibilities you aspire to next. This allows us to present your application precisely and with clear arguments and, above all, to check that the opportunity is genuinely of interest to you.

Staying in touch

A relationship with an executive search firm is not necessarily limited to one assignment. Even when an opportunity does not work out, we can stay in touch and resume our conversations when another position better matches your background and aspirations. When a hire does go ahead, we also keep in touch during your first year to follow your integration.

Would you like us to know about your background?

Send us your CV. It will not be passed on to any company without your consent.
